    I use that all the time when rolling... my triangle is not the greatest so i attack the arm at the same time. If the person has never had it done to them before they get a little worried that their arm my snap and tap... :deal

    It's a check mate move. But people are still describing the Chael/AS and Fedor/Werdum fights as lucky submission wins

    Armtriangle lol...I dont understand why people dont make an effort to understand what they are watching. It's not like I made a thread with a vid by the Gracie's detailing what a thing of beauty an Armbar/Tri sub is....

    Anyway, I think Werdum takes this one

    Really glad to see Werdum back in the UFC now Strikeforce is being wound down, he's a good heavyweight and should still be fighting top opponents. I think he takes this fight by decision, in a manner similar to the Bigfoot fight.

    Werdum's striking has been continually underrated since he lost to Dos Santos, a night on which he severely underestimated his opponent and came in almost 20lbs overweight. I don't see that happening again. In fact, if anyone is getting KO'd here - I think it'll be Scaub.

    If Werdum has made the switch then UFC need to do the right thing and make a statement on Strikeforce.
