I have to agree margarito style is perfect for pacquiao. But to come from 122 pounds and beat him with ease is pretty impressive. Never mind that he came from 105, and cleard most in his division at 147.

 

Oki lets give a honest answer here, before the david diaz bout there were questions about pac carrying the power to 135, so it was a decent win, despite it being over a paperchamp that was not all that great. After that Oscar was critisized badly for cherrypicking little pac and not fighting margarito, the fight going like it went made pac a superstar and brought a lot of hatred and love. I think this is a very underrated win nowadays because it was a huge schock and its not fair to destroy the guy for it.
After that hatton 140, oki we all assumed pac was over his head at welter but at 140 he could do some damage, sure hatton lost to floyd at welter but at 140 he was a good undefeated boxer even ricky himself believed that, him giving hatton one of the most brutal ko's in the decade was epic, no questions there.
after that he wanted to move up to 147 again, now it gets interesting, mosley was a option he just ko'd margarito and it was agreat win for him, roach and all were thinking mosley was to big of a risk to be the first serious strong guy after oscar at 147, so bob arum decided to amke a inhouse fight with cotto who just came of a 12 round brutal fight with clottey, that way if either won he could make more money and have the next star, pac destroys cotto, very good win there, regardless of the margarito ko it is still impressive.
