    Walcott was down, he was clearly only being held up by the ropes. That constitutes a KD.

    Rocky knew it. He initially had the left loaded, ready to go, then held it back, then he saw the ref coming in and gave an obviously lifeless Walcott another shot, albeit not fully loaded.
