    im curious to find out about sluggers that would go face first all fight but did carry alot of power.

    ivan robinson and wayne mccoulugh are two for sure

    Jake LaMotta's percentage of KO wins is not high; 30 KOs in 83 wins.

    Gene Fullmer(24 KOs in 64 fights) and Vito Antuofermo(21 KOs out of 59) might fit the description

    Haven't looked at the percentile but Mustafa Hamsho was a face first brawler with not much stick.
