Facing centerline serious question

    That doesn't sound like they're advocating squaring up, but using your lead foot as a compass, which is correct. You can be a small target, a "half man", but still aimed at the center of their body.

    the more of a aggressive power puncher you are the more it makes sense to square up...also if you are a swarmer...of course if you are a swarmer power puncher it makes even more sense.

    So you would advise pointing your lead foot at the opponents center? Why so? JW cause thats what Im asking in the thread and why since Ive never seen anyone succesfully do this on a continous basis

    Where else are you going to point your lead foot? :huh

    It should point at your opponent with a slight inward bend. All fighters do this, when they circle, they are trying to maintain their body and lead foot pointed at the opponent.

    It should not compromise your body's angled stance, in fact it would preserve it.
