how? floyd fought marquez, hatton, oscar, judah, gatti, henderaz, Castillo and corrales at their up time of their career. Pac fought an up cotto, down hatton, down oscar, up diaz, up marquez, down barerra, and over the hill morales. It is not a secret that bob arum likes to spoon feed his fighters. I think pac fought a lot of good names but half of them are at their down time of their career.

Those five were way past their prime or does 'up time' mean something else?

LOL you really are blind son. He fought Hatton at 147 and weight where Collazo gave him trouble. And Marquez jeezzzz gimme break he made him come up 2 weight divisions and that was after JMM recently came up to 135 and didn't look that great and pulled a ko out the bag. Not to mention the extra 2lbs on top he came in at!!

Wow fix up.....ask yourself why he hasn't fought a proper welter since he has been in the division. No one argues about Castillo and Corrales, they were great wins....but you can't live in the past, you have to consistently challenge yourself and that is something that Floyd hasn't done in YEARS!!!!!

So now Hatton and Judah were past their primes? How much credit do you give Pacquiao for beating De La Hoya and Hatton AFTER Floyd fought them?, Was Marquez past his prime when he fought Pacquiao a year before he fought Mayweather? How much credit do you give Cotto for beating Judah AFTER Floyd fought him?

At1, you sparred with floyd. What is wrong with this guy? He is a coward of unbelievable proportions, i mean he point blank ducked Margarito and Cotto like a coward, now he is ducking pacquiao and now Mosley like a coward. you know this guy, what is it about his makeup that make him such a coward? fighters are supposed to be fearless, but this guy is an out and out coward vs. anyone who is tough risk.

do you think floyd is on drugs? how could he be so whacked in hte mind to be such a cowaqrd? I don't get it.

Why do you keep making these scorned lover types of threads about another fighter? You're supposed to be a boxer right? So why don't you focus on your own career and try to accomplish something? If you are Anthony Thompson you should be trying to get back out there, because I feel you're a solid fighter. Instead of all the time you spend up here making all of these threads about another man's career, you could be planning for a run at a title.

Going into the fight with Oscar i had it a toss up but floyd won ... BUT Shane is on a whole different level him and pac, Floyd doesn't like aggressive fighters he hates pressure... you have to Box a fighter and FIGHT a boxer ... shane is a much much harder puncher and doesn't go back without a jab he will fight floyd it will be like the 1st few rounds of the hatton fight but the deference shane will land more and will land the harder shots ... shane can stop floyd ....i think floyd shld win but it will be RAZOR close so close people would suggest he lost ....

But i doubt floyd fight shane he dont wanna risk it

Floyd needs to just get aggressive again and take the dangerous fights that make him the best P4P fighter today. He hasnt done that in most of his fights the last 7 - 8 years.
