Although very sad and nobody wants to see that happen to any boxer, I blame his corner it was obvious he had issues during the fight. Facial twitches pushing his gumshield out of his mouth etc.
This is my era and I attended most of Benn's and Eubanks fights I was quite happy not to be there to witness that, not so lucky with the Eubank Watson fight thought :(

Out of the ring the McClellan was an ASS Dog fighting WTF

Along with the delay in Watson getting proper treatment wasn't there also some trouble at ringside after the fight?

Fights broke out that night, who knew Eubank had such passionate fans :/ I remember how the trainers were arguing and Watsons corner was peppered with people NON being doctors, it wasn't until you watched the TV that you found out some of what was being said. There are several fights that have changed how boxing is today but alas its had its victims to thank for that like kim duk koo and obviously Watson.

    I really enjoyed that doco!

It's sad to see Gerald with all the problems he faces today. Being blind and almost deaf must be a horrible way to live but it is very heart warming to see he still has a sense of humour and still laughing and joking round!!

His sister has the heart of an angel for sticking by and caring for him. As she said it's what family does for each other!

Disappointing to see Barkley broke and in arid times as well. Just another case of someone who never had much making something of themselves and not having the life skills to manage finances properly. A story known all to well in boxing!

Sad stories but none the less It's a good doco!

I have no sympathy for the guy IF what they say about him is true.
