Absolutely! Top-level Fighters, nevermind all-time greats, manage their performance during a round nevermind over the course of a fight. Muhammad Ali being the obvious example bi winning the first 30 seconds in the last 30 seconds of a round.

Oscar always had suspect stamina. That gameplan that he had expended a lot of energy. He was tired after 8 and looked like he was out of steam towards the end. Hence Trinidad dominating the last 1/3rd of the fight.

The question is what happens if he has to go 3 more rounds. No doubt Tito was strong with endless endurance. I think Oscar either stands and fights and probably gets stopped or quits on his stool.
