    , CA - Impressively starting off his professional career with three first round knockouts, sensational super bantamweight prospect Randy Caballero and his growing army of fans head to the Citizens Business Bank ARENA in Ontario, California, this Friday night, July 2nd for his next bout.

    With another huge crowd expected, Coachella’s Caballero will face off against Denver’s Jairo Delgado in a scheduled four round bout as part of ESPN2’s Friday Night Fights presented by TKO Boxing Promotions.

    “I’ve been training pretty consistently throughout this year. Since I’ve fought so often year, I’ve stayed in the gym and in great shape” said Caballero. The former amateur standout made his professional debut on March 25th of this year and is coming off a devastating first round knockout of Travis Bedwell on June 3rd at the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles.

    “With the three fights I’ve had so far and this one coming up, my professional career is off to a terrific start, TKO Boxing Promotions and my manager Cameron Dunkin have done a great job” continued the Southern California fan favorite.

    In regards to the three first round stoppages to start his career, Caballero said, “I never look for a knockout, I’m very focused in the ring and prepared to go the distance. I’ve been sparring up to eight rounds during my training sessions so I’m prepared for anything Delgado brings.”

    About his growing fan base, Caballero said, “The support in Southern California has been terrific. The fans have always been behind me and it’s greatly appreciated.”

    Headlining ESPN2’s Friday Night Fights is a welterweight showdown between perennial contenders Demetrius “The Gladiator” Hopkins, 29-1-1 (11KO’s) and “Mighty”

    The action packed undercard will feature numerous world class prospects and Inland Empire fan favorites including Dominican junior welterweight Francisco Contreras, 14-0-0 (13KO’s), junior welterweight Joseph Elegele, 8-0-0 (6KO’s) of Melbourne, Florida, along with Ventura, California native, flyweight Austreberto Juarez, 9-0-0 (2KO’s), undefeated Las Vegas based welterweight Michael Finney, 3-0-0 (3KO’s), sensational Filipino newcomer, Dodie Boy Penalosa Jr, 1-0-0 (1KO) and featherweight Alex Jimenez, 1-0-0, of Perris, California.

    Former amateur standouts making their highly anticipated pro debuts on the undercard include welterweight Eric Mendez of Hawaiian Gardens, California and Indio’s Gabino Saenz.
