Fans not very confident in a fair decision this Saturday

    I’ve never seen anything like it
    The vast majority of comments regarding the Canelo Jacobs is filled with robbery fears
    I mean has it ever been this bad
    Manny dropped a decision to Bradley so fans had some concern about the judges
    Oscar lost 2 close fights in Vegas where he was the A side
    Floyd beat everyone wide and the two close fights he rematched them and beat them easy
    Has there ever been such a protected A side in recent boxing history
    I’m telling you I follow many boxing sites and all you read is “canelo is already up 5 rounds” or “Jacobs has to KO him”
    It’s pretty shocking

    It's true, it seems justified and it's a shame as it could really affect his legacy which is a shame as he is a bloody good fighter. I'd say he'd be easier to like if he had lost the first fight and drawn/edged the second which is how I saw them.

    Canelo, an elite fighter, also has elite protection.

    It's a real shame because this actually takes away from him what he is.

    Yep that is how it is , all about da money an they will protect it anyway that is possible . Really it's match fixing an they get away with it , never get charged for da crime .

    This is why the cards will be fair, public perception tends to sway these things. Between the iffy decisions and meat-gate Canelo is starting to lose steam, another controversial win will damage his career more than a courageous loss.

    CANELO is clearly the BAD GUY and JACOBS is the FACE! if DAZN wants to make any profitable business going forward, JACOBS has to go over and BOOM... a new superstar...a new AMERICAN SUPERSTAR is born!

    Yet all the commenters will tune in for something they feel is a sham going in? I don't buy it and this type of attitude is just as bad for boxing as actual corruption is.

    I think (almost sure) Jacobs will forget to throw his right and justify it out of fear of being countered.

    And that will also make their rematch huge. And better than the third Golovkin fight, which is like "meh...".

    Also, this pervasive belief that "you can't beat Canelo on the scorecards" has definitely affected the odds, because Canelo as a 1/4 favorite against Jacobs? 1 to 4, really? It seems like Jacobs to win will be the best bet.
