Yeah, both great victories. Not much between them any way you splice it.

I'm also hugely impressed by how Ward handled Froch. Froch wasn't unbeatable, but he took everyone else to the limit and he faced the lot. Ward, on the other hand, made it look easy.

I don't see that at all. He could win, but it would be hard and close in that case.

Barkley was definitely his best performance. He was razor sharp. His win over Tim Littles was very impressive too. Littles was a good fighter.

I think it was definitely a better win than Barkley.

Chad was a quality fighter. He only doesn't get credit due to Chad's weight struggles. I've spoken to John Scully about what happened.

If Andre could have replicated that performance against Chad at LHW, then that would have been a great win.

He looked sluggish at cruiser, his belly was flabby.

Kovalev would destroy Barkley imo. Brakley to me was basic. Id class him as a lesser skilled version of Danny Jacobs.

I'll never understand why James was so out of shape before he started camp for Roy.

He probably peaked around the time he beat Barkley, yes.

    True.

Andre didn't drag him down though.

That fight was such a shame.

Tarver didn't school Griffin, and Griffin was past his best by then.

    Styles make fights.

The versions of Griffin who fought Toney and Roy, which were trained by Futch, would have given Andre a tough nights work.

It would have been a very technical fight.

    Griffin wasn't easy to beat.

How many times have you whined on about his performance against Roy?

You can't have it both ways.

He either frustrated Roy in their first fight and put in a great performance, or he didn't.

    So which is it?

You're always saying that he caused Roy problems.

The Toney fights were also great to watch too.

Montell was a very good fighter.

    And?

Jirov was a southpaw at CW.

    Two completely different fights.

Maybe because he was a 5ft 9 natural MW?
What does cruiser matter anyway? Ward never fought at that weight.

    Mike was awesome.

I wish he was fighting today.

I'd have loved to have seen him fight GG and Canelo.
