Hmmm... I'm saying Marquez because Garcia's not hit his prime yet and will no longer be able to make featherweight most likely. It's not easy though- Marquez gets off the deck, looking like he could be stopped, makes the adjustments and outpoints Garcia in a close UD, possibly MD or SD.
I don't think he is as explosive as Pacquiao was, but I not sure who hits harder. Garcia is more accurate and picks his punches better, Pacquiao is faster and attacks from all angles and can catch you off balance and drop a mutha ****er. Hard to say really who hits harder, but Pacquiao did drop Marquez 3 times in the first- had the ref stopped the fight after the 3rd knockdwn- I doubt there would've been that much of a uproar and we would never have got the next 3 fights.
On both their best days JMM would outpoint him without too much trouble. Garcia is good, but he's not ATG good.
