    How do we see this going? Both fighters are at their 140 best and the fight takes place in Ricky Hatton hometown. This obviously includes the judge allowing Hatton to employ all the dirty tactics that he became very accustomed to using at home on a regular basis whilst he was defending the WBU title (is this still a belt anymore?).

    I'd advise Hatton to check out the local hospitals beforehand and select the best one money can afford. Because that's where he would be headed post fight.

    I'm always amazed when I re-watch prime shane mosley fighting.

    I will not say underrated, because he's not. But wow.... he was good man!

    Prime mosley is way way better fighter than ricky hatton. Actually, I have to go to really big atg names to think about fighters better than prime mosley. There are not much of those.

    Mosely easily.
    All wrong for Hatton. Mosley was basically a really fast brawler. He had good in and out movement too. So, While Ricky tries his leaning and mauling, Mosley jumps back, and throws really fast combos. He stops Hatton.

    I like Ricky, he made the most of his talent, but Shane at 140 kills him. Very few guys in recent memory would stand a chance with a prime Shane at 135-40 and Ricky isn't one of them

    This would be more interesting if it was mosley v Whitaker or Manny? Or even Floyd?

    Shane stopped big strong welterweights. Hatton was almost stopped by light hitting Luis Collazo. Even with Hatton's best pal, corrupt dirty Dave Parriss as the ref, Shane beats Ricky up. Tony Margarito massacres Hatton as well.
