Shane was considered too good for the LWW division. Rightly or wrongly. He had the talent but not the resume. But he proved himself against a prime De La Hoya and during that time he was arguably P4P and number 1 and would have been a red hot favourite against any LWW.
Im sure shane wouldnt have had any trouble making 140 had he not skippes the division entirely, but cmon, prime shane was explosive asf. He would have whooped Hatton at any stage of his career.
