OK OK, we all know these guys well. So, just for shits: End of career Brock vs. Prime Royce Who takes it in: Original UFC rules? Today's "unified" UFC rules? Pride FC Rules?
Royce is very patient, but it's a long time to be taking punches to the face from a guy who out weighs you by 100lbs and is much more well versed in the ground game, than Kimo and Dan were. If you could merge the punches of Kimo, top game of Dan, and Sub awareness of Shammy, then you beat Royce Brock does all 3, to differing degree's, well enough to mush Royce's face in the mat. Speaking of Matt...Hughes + 100lbs makes this a no brainer really
yeah...royce had his limitations for sure...and brock is more of beast than those guys...still, dude had a way of evading a lot of damage (shammy caught him with that nasty shot though)
I dont think he'd be avoiding much with his back pressed to the mat. Brock doesnt even need to posture up to have power, leaving himself open to a triangle/armbar. His chest on chest control and hammer fists would do the job
Brock by brutal body slam because size does matter. A far better fantasy matchup would be Brittney v Arianny. I'd be rooting for both :good
Wasn't impressed at all with an end of career Brock. Don't know what was going on in his head. Prime Brock smashes him. Royce at the time was awesome but now even his jits looks poor in MMA.
