GGG vs Hagler - GGG Hagler is arguably the greatest MW of all time. He could fight at all ranges, has a chin out of this world, and is arguably the greatest switch-hitter of all time. But I think GGGs power, size, jab, inside fighting, and ability to cut off the ring would win him the decision. Neither guy has seen a Middle Weight like the other but I have no doubt that GGG would've defeated every fighter Hagler had faced, and I honestly think GGG would've stopped Leonard (due to his ability to cut off the ring). Hearns vs Tito - Tito Hearns is without a doubt one of the greatest 147 and 154 pounders that ever existed. I just think that Tito was the superior inside fighter and would fing a way to drag Hearns into a war (similar to Hearns vs Hagler) where he would find Tommy's Chin and stop him. I see Tito getting dropped a few times but getting back up to win the war. Benitez vs Pernell - Benitez Pernell is universally recongnized as a top 10 P4P great. He was one of the most physically gifted/greatest defensive fighters of all time. I just feel that Benitez has the superior fundamentals, size, and he can do everything Pernell can do defensively. I see Benitez beating Pernell and 140 and 147 by Decision. Floyd vs Duran - Floyd Duran is considered the greatest 135 pounder of all time while Floyd is considered the most "text book". Duran struggled against counter-punnchers with elite athleticism (Benitez and Leonard). At 135, I see the fight being extremely physical but Floyd using his speed and Iq to win the decision. At 147, Duran has a better shot but Floyd will probbaly just counter him all day and play it safe, winning a UD. Michael Nunn vs Andre Ward - Nunn Andre ward may the most underrated boxer in recent history. I just think Nunn did everything better. Nunn had the superior jab, defense, movement, and he actually has the better resume when it comes to quality of wins. I consider this to be another boring match up with Nunn wilnning an SD, due to superior defense and counter punching. Vernon Forest vs Oscar - Vernon Quartey vs Oscar showed me that if you have an elite Jab and right hand you can neutralize OScar's movement. Vernon to me, was a bigger Ike with better physical tools and mean-streak. I think Vernon would've kept Oscar at Bey and won a UD. Crawford vs Cotto - Cotto This one is too 50/50 for me. At 140, I think both were at theist best. I think Crawford was clearly more talented but at 147 and 155 Cotto defeated much better competition and was actually the better boxer-puncher. I see Cotto beating Crawford at 140/147/154 due to fighting much better competition and actually. I think the Mosley that Cotto defeated is a level above Crawford and I think Cotto has a second gear that Crawford doesn't possess (due to inferior competiton). Charlo vs Norris - Charlo Norris was an extremely talented boxer but I think Charlo has the better fundamentals, Chin, Size, and grit. I see Norris becoming careless and getting caught by Charlo's left hook (Norris's weakness). Thought!!! Any other fantasy fights where you favor the underdog?
Mayweather vs Arguello I always felt like Arguello could do a number on Floyd and punish him in ways he never has before Tyson vs Lewis/Ali I just can't get past fhe ferocity of prime Tyson
Arguello was basically a bigger Madianna with better boxing skill but less power. I can see that. What's your opinion on Hagler vs GGG and Tito vs Hearns?
