There are plenty of online or forum games for fantasy football, formula 1 and other sports so why not for boxing? You could pick your own fantasy "gym", with say 100 points to spend on a team of fighters from different pools of talent, say an elite pool(unified champs), a world class pool (titlists), an A pool (top contenders/former titlists) and a B and C pool. An elite would cost you something in the region of 50 points, and pool B and C would cost just 10 or 5 points so obviously you wouldnt be able to just pick elites, and you'd need a minimum number of fighters in your fantasy gym (say 3). And it would make sense to include ones from the lower pools but with greatest potential as a large group of them would earn you the most points. Whereas having a smaller number of world class and elite fighters might guarantee you bigger wins and corresponding points. Pick a team for the year and then make up a points scoring system for the entire years results for your team. More points for title defences, more still for unified defences, but less for facing low ranked opposition. Maybe even add a fantasy coach, with points based on his/her protégé's successes. So why don't they exist??
