Just because it's fun, it doesn't mean you have to be stupid. Many decent members in this forum complain about fantasy match-ups being too far fetch and yet they participate on it. Does that solve the problem? It doesn't. Ignore such threads and I bet they'll stop. Fantasy match-ups is the bread and butter of this forum... it's what keeps it alive and colorful. More often than not, it separates the men from the boys; distinguishes a true fan of the sport from an avid fan of a boxer (it's not bad being one, mind you); and yes, reveals nuthuggers from haters nut). It's not wrong to craft fantasy match-ups as long as they're valid, credible and sensible. Discuss it to your heart's content, I don't mind. Other than that, you're just transforming boxing into professional wrestling. It simply ain't right. And you know what's really pathetic about it... at least in pro-wrestling, fantasy match-ups between their big stars, no matter how ludicrous they are, they often do transpire and get resolved. In boxing, they come very far and very few in between.
