Fantasy: Would a Welter Andre Ward do well VS Floyd?

I could see Ward taking an aggressive role and making this an ugly fight, as he wouldn't win a pure boxing match. But, he would box at times and would have some success. The ref would have to step in several times to break up the fighters. A lot of tying up, phone booth work. I see Floyd landing more of the clean, hard shots, several to Ward's body. But, his connect % will not be as high as it normally is, as Ward has good defense. He can slip and counter well too, making Floyd a bit more cautious. This would be a chess match. Floyd wins a SD, as at least one judge will favor Ward's effective aggression. The others will favor Floyd's defense and clean punching.
