What is the benchmark for you to say "IB, you're correct, HW is the worst & sucks donkey balls"?

Poll closed May 17, 2019.
  1. 1 member of the "Big Three" losing.

    9.7%
  2. 2 members of the "Big Three" losing.

    35.5%
  3. All members of the "Big Three" losing.

    9.7%
  4. All members of the "Big Three" losing and somebody w/ a dozen losses and/or 45+ y.o. wins a belt.

    22.6%
  5. All of the above could happen and I'd still believe HW is supreme.

Fury, who is another member of big 3 has equally terrible opposition.
40 year old Wlad, Chisora, a draw with Wilder and d level fighters like Sefery.

Debatable. He doesnt possess close to the technical skills and height and reach of a Fury. Nor the power of Wilder. Or the all around game of Joshua.

That's true, but then dont his detractors say he has no skill, smothers his own work and gets by solely on his strength and physical fitness? Hes still pretty effective. And probably a lesser fighter than Fury and Joshua p4p.

It's funny that this should even be for debate. HW division is utter garbage. I get the impression that those who disagree do so because they love a particular HW.

The lower divisions have guys who tend to pass through them. That's not the case w/ the HW division where they stop.

Becoming a Hall of Famer at heavyweight is a relatively VERY low bar to hop.

Porter fell into Kell Brooks uppercuts round after round , and Kell isn't even an inside fighter himself.

He's better on the inside than Wilder , purely becaue Wilder is a long range boxer.

Both Fury and Joshua are miles better on the inside than Porter. Neither fall into their opponent or smother their own work like Porter does.

Parker is a better boxer than Porter , better jab , better in combination.

You mean the HW division that is constantly forced down our throats as boxing's so-called "Glamour division"? Yeah, fancy that.

Joshua, Wilder, and Fury, the mediocre three.

@IntentionalButt What's your favourite division disregarding fighters? Say every division had equal amounts of talent p4p. What weight division is the most optimal.

    Mine :D

(err, roughly...I probably couldn't make super middle now without a limb being amputated...let alone middleweight...but that range is overall best)

What do you think the odds are of any of those "upsets" happening?

I could make 175 if I was more disciplined, but I'm more comfortable at Cruiserweight. My two favorite divisions.:D I haven't made MW, my third, since.... 10th grade.
