In the RbR most had Szpilka a head, some even 7 to 1 at the time of the stoppage. I had it 5 to 3 and could see 6 to 2 or 4 to 4 because of the rounds being pretty close, but 6 to 2 for Wilder is just giving him every round he didn't clearly lose.
Farhood is a nerd of the highest order and since he is paid by Showtime who is in bed with Haymon it explains everything.Farhood is such weak and unusual looking character I would feel most uncomfortable sitting beside him.:admin
He gave Artur rounds he didn't deserve early to make the fight look competitive. However, when he realized the fight might actually go to scorecards and wilder is not knocking the Pole out, he started giving both won and lost rounds to Wilder to build a safety net.
Exactly which rounds had you given to Szpilka, and exactly what grounds did you have for giving him those rounds? Seriously, Szpilka fought to survive in the hopes DW would fade ala wlad in the Brewster fight. Problem is, Szpilka and his corner realized the fact they couldn't land really anything and from the crazy pac kind of useless jumping around, he drained himself. What round had Szpilka landed 2 or more clean shots ?? I had most of the rounds pretty even but only one guy was trying to win. Szpilka never did anything except extend the inevitable
you have to be completly biased din favor of deontay to see it this way. Wilder looks akward and uncomfortable and flaws are slowly starting to come out.
Wilder has to work on his balance, for sure. But that doesn't have anything to do with him being the one who wanted to win. What round(S) can be given to Szpilka, or how about, which round had Szpilka landing anything effective???? He fought lIke fury did vs wlad, which was to mute any and all engagements. Szpilka game plan was to try to tire and frustrate Wilder and once Wilder was fading like wlad vs brewster try catching him. He bought into the idiotic hater bs. Wilder has poor stamina and a weak chin. Once he realized he couldn't keep the pace, he tried to put pressure on and win. Only to get brutally ko'd by a much fresher fighter. Szpilka drained himself trying to drain DW with all the useless movement. Not one shot had he landed that had any impact on the fight, where DW was landed impact shots every round. DW set up that deadly right perfectly and ended it. Stop the hate
Let's not forget the blatant Malik Scott dive vs Wilder to get the vacant shot. If they're prepared to pay off a guy to dive (100% obvious fraud) then some judge bribing and chicanery is surely no big deal either. Check the scoring vs Molina and Duhaupas also, I don't think either of them was given a round despite busting up Wilder, likewise Spizilka. Total atsch
You don't win fights for "wanting to win". You win fights by actually winning. This isn't a rocky movie bro. I appreciate fighters who get outboxed but keep coming forward to try and do anything they can to win. But thats called losing dude.
Pretty much everoyne on most forums, other than a SHO shill, Haymon judges and Wilder fanboys, most had Szpilka ahead.
Don't remember Farhood's score, I had it about even, the rounds were close so could see a lot of them going either way. I had trouble picking in rounds 1-4.
The butthurt is real. Yes Wilder looks awkward and flails like a drowning giraffe at times, but he landed more, better, punches.
The same forums where someone posted that Wilder was on ***** street and Artur didn't actually land a single punch in all those exchanges that said poster thought Wilder was rocked in? atsch Seriously, watch the fight again... tell me where Artur was outlanding and being more effective in a majority of rounds? His best work was to the body by far... Wilder was never in trouble.. Artur had his head snapped back in huge ways a dozen times... and then got laid the **** out.
