According to an article on fight news Joe Calzaghe must either vacate his WBO title or fight the winner of Zuniga/Inkin after he fights RJJ. Zuniga is going to knock Inkin out, so will Joe fight Zuniga in Cardiff, or vacate his WBO title?

If all goes said and done, i wouldnt be surprised if they threw money at zuniga to go back down to face abraham, so kelly could face joe.

This is a distinct possibility. Zuniga was suppose to get a shot at AA a couple different times, and never got it.

Moot point. If JC gets past Jones he'll fight Pavlik or retire.
Can't see him motivated by either Zuniga or Inkin.

But after having fought Hopkins and now RJJ, I doubt he'll fight Zuniga/Inkin.. He'll probably fight Pavlik or Tarver/Dawson if anything.. He's already vacated some of the titles, so why not vacate this one? Why risk losing that 0 to someone like Zuniga?

I think all parties, Calzaghe, Zuniga, Pavlik, Abraham, could probably work something out with the WBO and the IBF to make Zuniga/Abraham, and Pavlik/Calzaghe. Zuniga belongs at 160 not 168, and Pavlik probably belongs at 168. And in this scenario nobody couldly rightly accuse anyone of ducking one guy to take an easy fight.

I wouldn't mind that at all.. Of course, the fight I want to see the most is Pavlik/Abraham, but I'm pretty sure Pavlik is looking towards Calzaghe at this moment.. So perhaps if it does work out the way you said it and if Abraham should beat Zuniga, then he could get a crack at Pavlik.. Probably at a catchweight, because I don't see Abraham moving up or Pavlik moving back down to 160.. Either way, theres a lot of great fights going on around 168..

Honestly - What would be the point?

The public would heap unbelievable amounts of **** on Calzaghe if he took a fight with Zuniga - No disrespect intended.
