It’s funny because I’ve taken DMAA before in my pre workouts and let me tell you it’s a hindrance for boxing rather then a help. I box and used it for sparring and 1 unlicensed fight and my heart rate was sky high that I was gassed by the end of the 1st lol.

I don’t believe him, if something doesn’t make sense then it probably ain’t true. So he would rather lose a million dollar than cheat himself? He wasted like 4 years with this regular title debacle and he is just walk away when he is gunna make a tidy payday? Seems like he is either scared or he is covering something up.

 

The impression you get from the interview is that he’s got something to hide.

Also not sure why you're blaming him for this, as far as I can see the blame primarily lies with the WBA and the fighters who cheated. Briggs and Char for instance. All Oquendo has done is stand up for himself and refuse to be fobbed off. Plus it sounds like he's done a lot for others around him in Chicago and beyond:

Isn't the reasoning because Fres wants VADA or WADA drug testing?

I'm sure the WBA will still have to fulfill their guarantee. After all, he has twice had WBA title shots cancelled because the opponents tested positive. So I don't know, but I doubt the WBA will want to go back to court. Besides, whoever scoops up the WBA "regular" belt will actually be stoked to fight Fres (just that Joshua can't quite get away with it, reputation speaking).

 

I’m not blaming him at all , I’m saying that it’s suspicious what he is. I don’t know Oquendo as a person but like I said this guy has sued the WBA, he has been on the sidelines not keeping active not doing anything with his career but waiting for this title shot. It’s strange he would just give up now.

 

He gassed vs Duhaupas. And even then he threw a lot of arm punches. He also slowed down quite a bit vs Washington.
Looked rather lethargic vs Wach.(likely due to mostly doing cardio to loose weight)

 

I remember him slowing down for a round or so but tbh I was impressed by the volume and workrate he showed in that fight and wouldn't have said it was gassing, at least by hw standards. There surely can't be many men that size who could sustain that rate across 12 rounds?

Trying to remember who he trains with, seem to recall they also had a good engine.
