Fast hands??

    Jst wondering if ayone has any clips of boxers they believe to have the fastest hands. I don't mean in single shots but throwing flurries. My bro only recently got into boxing, watching the Joe Roy 24/7. He was amazed by their hand speed in sparring, was hoping to show him examples.

    Joe Calzaghe once threw over 1000 power punches at a bag inside a minute. The video is out there.

    zab judah has that ridiculous natural speed, same as sugar ray leonard. i know its cilche but muhammad ali cleveland williams and muhammad ali ernie terrell will amaze ure bro, a huge man with that kind of hand speed shown brilliantly in those two fights espescially williams fight. jones jr has my favourite type of speed, his athleticism coupled with power is unteachable my favourite is the vinny paz fight

    Iv'e seen that calzaghe one. Showed him some srl stuff, he really was fast as lightning.

    What is this calzaghe video, i have only seen the one where he punches the bag 1600+ times in 3 minutes.

    Would be greatly appreciated if someone posted the link.

    If you can get your hands on the Camacho vs Solis fight. Camacho at 130 was amazing. Fastest fighter I have ever seen. Then Jones and Meldrick.

    Mayweather's hands are glued to the damn pads. Not as impressive as Gamboa's padwork in my opinion, he's throwing real hard punches not following hands around.

    Find Roy vs Bryant Brannon. Sometime in the second round he throws a 5 left hook combo. thats fast hands!
