nah. i expect the winner of cotto/margo to be offered to martinez at 154. that will be like a feeler and should they perform well enough that Pac might be seen as having a chance, then it could happen. if martinez blows them out of the water, then for sure it won't happen

Great read , DB. I have respect for any fighter that gets into any ring, but the fans become intolerable at times and the my fighter is better than yours b.s. commences. Truth is the 80s were magical for giving us Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, Duran, and Benitez. If fighters thought like Manny and Sergio people would remember them like they will the fabulous 80s. For the sake of boxing the megafights need to happen. They are becoming rarer as time passes.

I don't think they'll be able to agree a weight limit they're too different in size. Martinez won't fight below 154lbs and Pacquiao won't allow anybody to weigh in over 150lbs when he's already a small Welterweight.

If Martinez is still top dog by the time Arum sees Pac is about to retire then he will make it.

This article is crap. He wrote a whole article saying Pac will fight SErgio based on his body language?? Hmm yea.... NEXT!!!
