Thanks for the advice, man...maybe one day, if you're in Orlando or NYC, we'll do some sparring!

You're 100% right. I've seen many big, muscular guys get KTFO by skinny guys. Only thing is, I'm not trying to go pro, so I'd rather take my chances tipping the scales at this weight...even if I do get stretched.

    Sounds good. :good

Just kick ass and work hard. Height means nothing when you have all the other attributes. Look at Manny Pacman for example.

If that video is you well you aren't full of ****. You are fast with those punches.

No I don't think you are as fast as Mosley but you seem faster than Mayweather. Mayweather's speed is way overrated, he has timing and technique rather than being a supreme athlete.

Has your trainer also mentioned to you your poor form? Because if you're throwing shoulder punches like that of course you'll be fast, but punching in this style won't help you win any boxing match.

No offense man, I'm sure you'd be pretty fast if you did it correctly, but the way you threw in this video is not a good basis to judge hand speed by. I'd be concerned how competent your trainer is if he/she didn't tell you this, and is telling you you can rival the top guys in hand speed.

If he got that way drug free, then he has superior genetics on the level of a Pacquiao, Jones, Mayweather or Mosley.

But it takes more than just having speed and good genetics. He needs to have the power which I didn't see in that video and he needs the footwork and technique which I didn't see. He threw arm punches which would give him points but thats not really boxing on the professional level.

I think he actually has a chance though.

Yeah, he has, and I mentioned in my comments underneath the video. I agree 100% with everything you said. Just to re-iterate, my trainer told me that I have some damn good speed now, but my punches are sloppy - but some of the fastest sloppy punches he'd ever seen...lol. Arm and shoulder punches...yep. Something I gotta keep working on.

Give the guy a break, he´s just proud off his training. At least he´s training and would KO a lot of the "I know boxing" on this site, keep up the good work Tony!

Unless you consider Creatine cheating, then I swear on my children that I have never taken a single drug in my life. (PEDs I mean, :D) I have an incredibly high metabolism, and a "mesomorph" body type. (look it up).

I have some power though...this video was more about me posting a speed video after my trainer gassed me up this afternoon. Check out some of my other vids.
