Fastest overall body movement probably Jones Jr.

Fastest hand speed is Joe Calzaghe, easily.

Theres a couple of video's floating on the net of Calzaghe, speed training. One of them is in fact titled "Faster than Roy Jones" , and the other one if of Joe throwing something like 40 punches in 3 seconds. Guys at my wing chun class can do 25-30 in 3 seconds, but 40 is ridiculous.

 

zabs faster than mayweather.....not to say mayweathers not fast because he is but.....

yeah at 130 floyd was faster then ZAB at 147 but Zab at 140 was fater then floyd at 130 so i say zab overall is faster
