    I read somewhere that RJJ at LHW was measured to be faster than PBF at 140lb. Ali's phantom punch was said to be faster than SRR.

    P4P for handspeed - It's difficult to go past Ali and Tyson, both who weighed over 210.

    Taylor has the fastest hands, but fought primarily at 140.

    Jones is up there, as is Leonard.

    But pound for pound, I'll say Ali.
