They are both a little slappy, but Calzaghe jab-rigiht is the fastest thing ever not caught on film. The handspeeds are pretty equal, but just have to thik Calzaghe's arms are longer. So Calzaghe's arms punching at a rate of x punches per second are moving faster in terms of their actual velocity than Taylors shorter arms are as the same rate x punches per second. Speed equals distance over time. Calzaghe has longer arms so the distance is greater and Calzaghe is faster in terms of pure speed.
I think its impossible to say.. although, Sweet Pea, Meldrick Taylor and SRL seem a shade faster than the rest. Having said that the person who made the most effective use of his handspeed has to be Tyson, guys like SRL just put flashy, pointscoring combos together, that were not really that effective in physical terms
130 camacho was the fastest fighter i have ever seen. he threw blazing combinations. followed closely by meldrick, and a name that has not popped up yet. howard davis.
Thats not right cos its not as simple as that. Look at weightlifting records. A 300lb man lift isnt anywhere near 50% heavier than a 200lb mans lift, just as a 200lb mans power isnt gonna be anywhere near 50% more powerful than a man who weighs 50% less.
Why do you have to remove one??? You can just add one more slot. Pac's faster than PBF, Tyson & Calzaghe.
