Hand speed is decieving. Camacho and Taylor in that video looks the fastest. My point is that hand speed is decieving. Jones may think his 5-6 left hooks should be considered as blazing hand speed but not everyone on that video tried it so is not fair. Also some fighters likes to be flashy is instead of putting 3 solid shots and instead do 8 semi solid shots. This is tough to really say who truely got the fastest hands but I'm pretty certain that p4p speed/power ratio goes to prime jones. speed/power/conditioning goes to SRR. pure speed goes to camacho/taylor.

Jones lost not bc he was out sped. He lost bc he was a shell of himself. possible steriods damage? lack of hunger? lack of confident? You have to understand. No, Jones lost because he was an inferior boxer to Calzaghe, let us not forget, this is a shot brittle handed calzaghe he fought, and Joe ridiculed the hell out of him, he was supremely faster, and at RJJ natrual weight, plus RJJ was probably juiced up and on performance enhancing drugs still.

Calzaghe had great handspeed but he clearly wasn't as fast as the guys mentioned prime for prime. Though I must say he retained his hand speed very well with age.

Tarver and Johnson had to KO RJJ, Calzaghe out boxed him and ridiculed him doing so, check out 1min 17, i mean that handspeed is insane, even RJJ looked amazed.
