Khan has out of this world pure hand speed, it's an absolute blur when he does those 5-8 punch combos within a second.

He's not as fast as Camacho, Taylor, or Roy Jones.

I don't see amazing, mind-boggling speed from Mayweather or Pacman or Whitaker or Leonard or even Ali. Not like Azumah Nelson's finishing combination against Mario Martinez.

Mark 'Too Sharp' Johnson and Michael 'Second To' Nunn were lightning.

Pound for Pound speed, fastest hands ever at heavyweight maybe. But to say Mike Tyson was the fastest boxer ever is ridiculous and borderline delusional.

He's faster than RJJ? Faster than SRL? Faster than Camacho? No, not close.

Patterson had faster hands than Mike, no question.

In terms of single punches, rather than just flashy flurries, Nigel Benn with his overarm right is right up there.

I'd go with this roughly, all time one could mention Pep, Ali/Clay, SRL also since they liked to throw combos and showcased their speed well. One-shot hand speed is harder to judge I think......

RJJ is the fastest ever pound4pound. I dont think anyone from MW-LHW comes close in terms of speed. At LW-WW there are many around the same level though, Khan, Camacho, Taylor, Pac, SRL

For sure. Macho Man was lightning quick. Damn shame what happened to him. That still makes me sad. :-( (Vernon as well)

Great fighters, only to be shot down in the street. Lame.
