Obviously it's the sub 120 guys. GRJ in general when factoring in size and everything else. Pac will always deserve a mention even though he's slowed down in a bit.

    Manny Pacquiao.

    Pac doesn't paint.

If Pac didn't bother putting full power behind all his punches, he'd be faster than GRJ. If GRJ had power behind his shots, he'd be slower than Pac.

People made a massive deal of Paquiao's hand speed in the lead up to May-Pac and Mayweather laughed it off as a gimmick.

When and what you throw is far more important than 9 punches in 3 seconds. At that level anyway

You didn't see how Floyd was constantly being countered and reduced to glancing blows and clinching for most of the 12 rounds? And that was an injured Pac.

Floyd didn't look at all bothered by Pac.

It was a poor fight either way.

He's a massive waste of talent. These days, he seems content with just fighting once a year.

Feed GRJ to Josh that will sort him out.

Floyd keeps an outstanding poker face. Always has. Yes, poor fight, but it doesn't change the fact that Pac countered Floyd repeatedly throughout the contest and reduced Floyd to strictly stealing rounds.

Floyd also landed his lowest connect percentage on Pac — a guy that was significantly smaller, came forward all night, and isn't difficult to find.

    Inoue's hand speed is mediocre.

This is true people re right history on that fight it was a poor fight all round for both men. Floyd has an amazing straight right I hardly seen him throw it let alone land it in the fight even tho it should have been one of his main weapons against Pac. Who people said wasn’t great defensively an Floyd would find the right hand all night. He won the fight but he scrapped the rounds. An people like to make out it was a schooling when it was far from it.

Floyd was most definitely bothered by pac.

correct. Was a cagey fight between two elite fighters. Floyd nicked the rounds but was far from a schooling.

When the 2 fought PBF had the faster hands he was able to get off first he also looked to be faster on his feet as well. BTW Pac wasn't injured he threw punches with both hands that night.
