But when you couple in "timing" into the equation...then its Pac or Mosely. As, as fast as Berto's hands are, his timing is not that good at all. All too often timing and handspeed are mixed up.

 

if timing is put into the equation, i would also call for jmm and donaire. both are accurate punchers who can time their opponents. both are fast on the trigger also.

 

You can't really determine who has THE fastest hands in boxing. It's a either boxer has really quick hands, somewhat fast, or they don't. Boxers don't need really quick hands, they just need to be fast enough, same thing with power.
