I think Chad Dawson has faster hands than Pacquioa and so does Judah, maybe Andre Dirrell too.

I voted gamboa but now i really cant deide between him and berto, same happened to me some punches you cant even see them...

 

Amir Khan has the fastest hand speed, even Pacman's sparring partner Rashad Holloway say's Khan is the fastest guy he has ever been in the ring with. Dr.Roach has even gone on record and said Khan is faster than Manny.

i voted pac, who the **** voted for amir kahn, kahn throws a lot of combos, but he is not like fast fast.

 

Since Calzaghe retired, probably Khan.

 

Pac hands down.

The one thing you can give to Pac is that he is fast. That is his greatest asset and why he beat Hatton and DLH.

Yeah and that was just pacquiao not taking sparring that serious compare to his regular sparring. Just a reminder again that Pac's team advised him not to hurt Khan because he was trying to get his confidence back.
