You a nice guy Tony but I am guessing you have never really had any proper training. You seem to be jabbing a lot with your right while leading with your left foot-orthodox stance. I am guessing you are right handed, therefore you should focus your jabs with your left unless you are one of those right hand converted southpaw style. Almost all your punches seems to be arm punches and are not generating power for your lower and mid-section parts of your body. Decent hand speed though, will give you that but without generating power starting from your lower part of your body then your power will be very limited. Not trying to criticize, just hoping to help a good fellow boxing fan out.

Too many to go off of. All above are great shots.

As for recently, How about Martinez's straight left that made cintron think he was headbutted LOL 2:56

Or Dirrell's shot on Abraham in the mist of abraham desperately trying to catch him. This shows superb skills in my book and only a few guys can do this. Dirrell 2:06

That punch wasn't all that fast though. It was just sharp and incredibly impactful.

Right hook roll under by Pacquiao on Hatton. Even in slow motion it still looks fast. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4uH-qfQXy0[/ame]

I don't mind critism at all whatsoever, in fact, I appreciate it, which is why I post my videos so often on here. But while I'll admit that I am very raw, I refuse to concede to the fact that in this video, my SOLE purpose was to hit the bag as fast as I could. I wasn't worried about technique, footwork, just pure hand speed.

Bruce Lee had the same problem (well it was not a problem for Roy but still), he had to slow down his movements in his fighting scenes.
