    Hi

Could someone here provide me with a fat burning diet programme or point me in the right direction. I have been out the ring for 4 month I train 5 to 6 days a week but just need a set diet sheet to go off day by day. I try to eat healthy but always end up at McDonald's somehow. I don't mind eating repetitive stuff as I used to eat raw veg with chicken every day but got told raw veg was bad for you :s

    Any help would be great

Just count yr calories mate (easy to find caloric requirements and nutrient info on any food on Google) and keep a food journal of what you consume on a daily basis, just like you would a training log. All you need is a calculator, pen, and paper if yr old school like me lol.

I know that seems much harder than having someone just give you a diet plan but it will prove your intent, help you stay focused, and along the way you'll learn about this stuff the best way. :good

It's called laziness and a lack of self control.

Just lower your calories a bit under your border when you don't gain fat and even dont loss fat. 200Kcal should be a enough. But if you train 5-6 times a week, than keeping your calories on normal value when you don't gain fat and even dont loss fat should be enogh too.
