Look at these two gluttonous pigs.

The fatty in our first picture is, of course, glass-kneed Odlanier Solis. A few days ago I reported with great excitement that Solis was set to fight one of the greatest athletes of all time, Leif Larsen. Larsen has competed to a high standard in four sports, athletics (shot put PB 18.76m), judo (Norwegian national champion), NFL (played as defensive tackle for Buffalo Bills) and boxing (16-0 with 13 brutal KOs). He also benched 225lb 45 times and has a personal best bench press of 665lb with no lifting aids. To put it bluntly, if Larsen landed a flush power shot on Solis, he would have found himself flailing around on the floor like a fish during a drought.

The second picture shows another tubby pig, Erkan Teper. Teper was supposed to be fighting Konstantin Airich, one of the hardest hitters of all time. Danny Williams, who fought all three men, said Airich hits harder than Tyson and Vitali. Yet the cowardly Teper has pulled out of this fight.

And guess what? The tubbies are fighting each other! I hope the ring will be able to take the weight of these two pigs trying to eat each other on September 14.

Larsen and Airich are two of the hardest hitters of all time, and two incredible physical specimens who bring credibility to the heavyweight division. I hope these two men manage to find decent fighters who will not duck them unlike these two pigs. Fair play to Glazkov for having the bravery to fight Airich on Saturday. Solis was fortunate enough to repel Airich's clubbing blows last time out, but he knew that Larsen provided an altogether different test. Shame.

I'm saddened how Solis threw his career out the window, with his talent he should be making the K bros sweat in the ring, not be fighting kebab salesmen

Perhaps Solis fights both. This Teper guy should be an easy nights work anyway.

No way can muffin man Solis handle 2 fights in 2 months.
Besides, Scene says Larsen v Solis never went beyond negotiations.

Not that bad I'd say, better than journeyman Willie Herring he was suppose to fight on the Adamek card.

Career wise Larsen and Teper rate about the same.

Teper should be an easy night for Solis.

Pretty sure Airich pulled out so he could fight Glazkov on the Vitali undercard this weekend.

C'mon don't put an old picture from 2009 I see Gamboa's name in there I'm sure Solis is much lighter now.

He's not. Solis weighed in at 271 for the Barrett fight on the Gamboa/Garcia undercard, he weighed in at 267.5 for his last fight.

    I wouldn't call 3.5lbs "much lighter".
