That's actually a really good point. I was never a big fan of "lineage" at all personally and I agree with Paulie, it's just some BS made up by the media.

 

Fat Dan looks and acts more like Comic Book Guy every day.

There is little status in holding something few boxing fans understand, let alone respect.

 

Fat Dan comes across as an alright guy on the podcasts I have heard him on but on twitter its like he becomes some uber troll.

Well, I'll say one thing about the lineal title:

If someone has claim to it, they probably have at least one very good win. The same can't always be said about the ABC titles.
