Maybe he will rematch Ruslan at 140 with the MW belt on the line. But drain himself making the c/w, and lose the belt to Ruslan. Who loses it to Algieri in a rematch.

This would not be for the MW title. If this fight does come off, it would be at 154. I don't believe there are any vacant titles at 154, so this would just be a match of two top fighters.

 

This is actually an interesting match-up but it should not be for the MW championship. If they have this fight for the MW championship people should boycott it.
