Even though I'm British it's madness to suggest Andre Ward has to travel to England to defend against Froch. Their first fight was one-sided and there's no reason the rematch would be any different.

    Dan Rafael (12:06 PM)

I agree. I am not against a rematch. My point is to think that Froch coming to Atlantic City, by far not a Ward turf, had anything to do with Froch's loss is crazy. Ward doesnt need to go to England. He can if he wants but there is no reason and no mandate. Most fans in this country couldn't give a damn about rematch. The first fight was a blowout (despite a ridiculous score from one judge) and Ward did it with ONE HAND since the other was injured.

    Ryan (Glasgow)

Dan, what are the prospects of a burns-broner match up? Also don't you think a froch-ward fight makes sense money wise?

    Dan Rafael (12:16 PM)

I think it can happen if Frank ****** and Burns are willing to make a deal and come to America for the fight. Ward-Froch is not a big money fight in America compared to other fights Ward could have. A Ward-Pavlik fight in America is a bigger fight than a Froch rematch.

 i had no replies from him because he went on google....realised what an idiot he was and couldnt save himself so chose to ignore it. on top of that he claimed the USA won in 1812 (a war he knew nothing of), even though the US got ran out of canada, had the capital building burnt down then signed to keep the status quo....all while losing more men and with home advantage. I know americans have **** history lessons but seriously, if you're famous and on twitter dont make such a **** of yourself. His history is worse than his boxing predictions...i remember listening to him masturbate over the forthcoming (at the time) match between Froch and Bute and how Bute would ko him inside 8:rofl

fat dan, as his name suggests, is a fat slob. however, he does have a point when he says ward-froch 2 in england doesnt make sense. ward's one-sided defeat of froch does not warrant a rematch, much more a rematch in froch's hometown. froch being british has nothing to do with the issue....

yes...dan has a typical yank opinion. 'he has to fight in the usa' bollox, doesnt seem to be a problem for the klits though does it as they make more money in Germany than practically any in the USA.

Ward ''has to stay in the usa'' .......and earn less for fighting Dawson than Kessler does in Denmark fighting a bum.

Kesslers contract with Saurland is pretty much what Ward got for fighting Dawson. Although Ward would make more money embarrassing Europe again If he wanted

i thought the usa was 'where the money is'?

yet ward in a so called 'mega fight' against a top 175lber gets paid less/the same as Kessler does for fighting some bum in Denmark?

americans need to rephrase their bull**** sayings:

''Las Vegas is where the money's at'' (not 'america' or the 'usa' you get peanuts fighting in front of 8500 in Oakland)

also you mas as well change ''american as apple pie'' to something else seeing as apple pie was made long before the US was even a country
