    Ok so

I was on here one day and I think it was virus or smalls that was advising somebody to use Fat Gripz

After googling this product to see what it was - ever since then going back weeks the adds on ESB and youtube and what not constantly has their product shown.

Having used towels in the past , I have been reading nothign but good reviews of the product and after searching some sites got them cheaper than usual

so I have ordered them and will let you know what I think

Unfortunatly however the advertisments still persist.

Make sure you use them on pulling exercises, deadlift, shrugs, rows, chinups etc, you'd be surprised how many people complain when they don't feel much of a difference after using Fat Gripz for bench press. Your forearms will be ****ed the next day and you'll definately notice a difference in grip strength after a few weeks.

    got them

they fit on everything all the different size bars and dumbells and I even used them on the dip bar

    farmers walk extremley hard

    fingers sore

    Will update on progress

I do have good grip strenght as it is - I do a lot of sandbag lifting

I have to say that I could feel some old wrist injurys when gripping the bar- not in a bad way

kinda like lifting with the wider grip was soothing a pain that was there on and off before

hard to explain but less stress on the joints thats for sure.
