There are few fatties in the top-50 HW rankings. Name your favourite HW fat guys which boxing skills you admire or are just rooting for them.

Who is the best of the bunch?

    Who is the weakest?

Listof top HW fatties how they are ranked per boxrec:

    Tyson Fury
    Jarrell Miller
    Adam Kownacki
    Andy Ruiz Jr
    Junlong Zhang
    Lucas Browne
    Erkan Teper
    Bermane Stiverne

Fury is obviously the best of the fat heavies, though he is far better when he's leaner.

Then Miller and Kownacki are the next best in my opinion. There's old footage of them sparring and it was competitive, though Miller was far lighter and utilised more head movement then. Not sure the heavier, easier to hit Miller now is any better.

Then Ruiz Jr. He's got good hands, a solid but not great puncher and he's also makes Arreola look stick thin in comparison, I think he'll never be more than a fringe contender.

Stiverne now is shot to ****, struggled with a Journeymen and then KO'ed in 1. His career ended the moment he won the title, he seemed to lose what little drive and desire he had. Would probably make a good next opponent for Fury, good name, solid record but no hope of beating even the current fat Fury.

I like Andy Ruiz. Very fast hands and good technical skills. Just wish he was more motivated to make best use of his talents.

He's way more talented than Arreola ever was, but unfortunately he's also got even less discipline than Arreola.

Motivation isn't his problem, everyone's motivation wanes, it's is lack of discipline which is the issue, discipline is what drags you through those workouts when your motivation is low, self discipline is what prevents you from over eating when you feel low and unmotivated.

Anyone with the idea he'll somehow find a way to get more disciplined is kidding themselves. He seemed to get in better shape after the Parker loss, but then when he came to fighting again he showed up in even worse shape than before. I think it's safe to say he'll never fulfill his potential.

If you're talking historically, you gotta include guys like "Two Ton" Tony Galento and Buster Mathis, Senior and Junior! Joe Hipp(o) is another guy who comes to mind.

Nathan Gorman looks decent but he could be in better shape.

    Yeah, I'd go with this.

IMO, Gorman looks a whole lot better than Miller.
Gorman is really athletic for such a big guy, and has really fast hands. Right now he's horribly one-dimensional, relying almost exclusively on his right hand, but everything is there. He just needs the right trainer. (Cough, get away from Ricky Hatton, cough cough....)

Miller will be lucky to make gatekeeper status. I don't understand what anyone sees in him.

I don't get it either. Sure he's huge and keeps coming and surprisingly has a good work rate for a big guy but that lack of defence will be costly later on when he steps up and faces an actual puncher, especially at heavyweight.

I think he'll beat Pulev down to styles and Pulev being way past his best days, but Wilder, Joshua, Ortiz, Povetkin would KO him.

The Fury's with their movement would likely out box him quite comfortably too.

I think Parker and Whyte would beat him though it would be competitive.

Even Breazeale with his power and size might be too much for Miller. But damn it would be a good fight, both like to press, both throw a lot, but I think Breazeale harder punches and proven chin might be the difference even though Miller has better hands.

    He's probably on Wilder's resume...
