Lets just hope Kessler can get through the court case with a viable career still in tact because he is such a quality boxer-puncher who deserves big fights and could dominate his division still.

Froch beating Taylor would be a very big deal, especially in the USA on Showtime against a marquee name. I don't think he is a better fighter than Kessler, but his inactivity and poor recent names would certainly factor into who deserves a higher hypothetical ranking if Froch was to beat Taylor.

Also if Froch can beat Taylor, a guy Calzaghe wanted for years it's something else the Cobra can use to lure Joe out of retirement. It also sets up a possible Kessler showdown.

Adrian Diaconu, Andre Berto, Tim Bradley and Oleydong Sithsamerchai are all undefeated WBC champions. Edwin Valero may be soon. Do they get in too?

Taylor going top 15, Froch top 20. Taylor currently 24 and Froch currently 31.
