Have we yet come to the conclusion that Frank Warren is the best promoter in Britain (except when he puts Khan on PPV)?

No matter what we think, he delivers.

I mean Mick Hennessey said he'd get O'Donnell a European title shot and I guarentee it doesn't happen.

When Darren Barker stopped Jason McKay, he said he'd get another commonwealth title shot against a big name like Kassim Ouma. I don't think he's even fought yet.

Everything seems to going on the back burner because of Tyson Fury.

Warren protects his fighters yes, but he builds them up, gets them mainstream interest, gets them on TV or PPV and secures them financially, and gets them low risk high reward fights, and occasionally delivers big fights and gets you world title shots.

Hennessey is small-time, Froch needs to leave him now.

 

Id rather watch a froch v taylor stream... than a prime time feast of macc vs bobby gunn or amir khan vs eastern bloc bum on TV.

It's not the platform, its the content.

Failing to make the Witter vs Bradley rematch was criminal - Bradley said he would give Witter a rematch and Witter obviously wanted it.

Hennessy appears to be indulging in semantics, unless he really expects us to believe that he had all these talks with Setanta and money was never discussed.

 

Oh right sorry if I didn't answer, baisically hes now going out and the main questions hes answering and the main press topics about the fight how it isn't on british TV. And surely he must have been thinking about it during the training. A month before a fight, the fighters mind has to be clear on the task and this must have effected him. Hopefully he'll still turn out a success!!

 

I can only think that setanta didnt make an offer as mick was asking for far too much in the first place.

 

Whatever the reason it's just a shame it's not being show. Should be a great fight!

Yeah true it is only £10, ain't gonna break the bank that much. I was just on the Froch website though and it says two streams are being put up, 1MB and a 750KB one, and it gives a test to see how fast your internet is. I did so and I got 2.07MB download and 0.27(!?!?!)MB upload, what does this mean, how fast is my internet then, maybe someone can help, GazOC, I'm thinking you mate!!Cheers!

 

Don't worry about the upload speed mate, your download speed is fine for either stream but TBH even the 750 is likely to be decent quality.
