Fat out-of-shape heavyweight boxers always disappoint their fans

Ruiz has training in boxing since he was a kid,but despite all of those hours of training, the fool still looks like an orka.

 

Ruiz and Kownacki are metabolically damaged, even if they ate well they would still be looking bad, they are both estrogen dominant.

 

He'd probably look more like a giant Kelly Pavlik, lots of smooth muscle that wouldn't be particularly defined, even at low bodyfat levels.

 

Skeletal muscle does not look smooth at low body fat levels. Kelly Pavlik was never lean.

The skeletal muscle you are referring to that looks smooth because it is covered in fat.

 

This Kelly Pavlik does not look like he is at a low body fat. Wilder is leaner.

 

With modern day nutrition, and drugs, there is no excuse for fighters to come in that fat and sloppy. It’s bad enough I have to be fat and sloppy, I want my HW fighter’s to be in reasonably good shape. Fury was a little flabby but looked in good shape for the Wilder fight. He moved well and had great endurance, looking like he could have gone the distance. Fat, flabby champs disgust me...except James Toney. He was fat but not as fat as some of the recent guys like fat Andy. These guys need to learn to back away from the buffet.
