    He doesn't deserve it but it makes sense. After the Abraham fights he's known to the German public and the Sauerlands will see it as an easy defence. Probably also viewed as "Eddie we did you a favour so you owe us".

    I really hope Paul Smith wins a world title and moves beyond the gatekeeper/journeyman he's perceived to be at.

    38 wins out of 44 is pretty decent on paper and 5 of his defeats have come against world class opposition.

    He's not even top 15 ranked. I thought for a voluntary, the opponent has to be in the top 15? How the hell has this fight been sanctioned?

    The WBA is an absolute joke, with its regular titles and **** poor champions.

    I'm sure before he got Abraham shot he was finally going to move to middle where he would have been far more effective, I like him but carrying to much at super middle
