eat as much fruit as you like in the evening but avoid bread.
    takes longer to digest.

if there's something you really want to eat, but 'shouldn't', treat yourself after an especially good morning workout at lunchtime now and then.

running at night will make it much easier to stick to your goals in the evening because you'll find yourself much stronger mentally right after a good run - and since your metabolism naturally slows down at night, it means you're burning off what you've previously eaten.

    good luck

I bought electronic scales a few months ago. Fat is calculated based upon body water content or some crap like that and is quite inaccurate.
Here is a quick internet answer http://ask.yahoo.com/20040129.html

After the 10 week challenge is done I am going to a doctor of a fat caliper analysis. Which if done by someone qualified is a much better indicator of fat percentage.

The caliper test is better than that internet BMI formula, but the best way I know of is the submersible test. The way I understand it is you sit in a sling, are weighed while in the sling and then submerged in water and your weight is then taken while submerged. The more fat you have, the less you will weigh in the water and a formula takes it from there.

I've only had one official "fat" test taken and that was many years ago when they only used the calipers. I was just under 12% body fat, but I was very lean and wiry back then----and in my early 20's.
