Just wanted to say well done too. So well done. Confronted the issue and come up with REALISTIC targets which i think is very important otherwise people get dispondent and give up. Just keep at it and soon itll become routine and even fun. I never used to exercise but now if i miss a week (like i am at the moment ) you feel like crap lol it goes completely the other way i actually look forward to it. WELL DONE again:happy
****ing disgraceful. This is how fast it takes to get off your goals and return to shitdom. I got a new job and work graves. In addition to long shifts (12 hours) 5 nights a week, it's primarily manual labor. So needless to say, I've been too pooped to work out until I get adjusted. But to compensate for less sleep, my appetite has been out of control and I've been eating GARBAGE. Weighed in tonight at 246. This content is protected
