Dont know. Before, i was using a treadmill at a gym but I've since quit and dont have a pedometer or stop watch. Will start going back there in a month or so as the focus shifts from weight loss to conditioning.
The worst thing to do when you eat badly is to tell yourself ''whats the point of working out now, i just ate crap.'' When u stuff yourself like a turkey with crap food, the trick is too carry on exercising and not focus on the bad stuff. You might have gained 8 lbs, but look at the overall. your on the way to lose 150lbs. That is AMAZING.
