2000's had more fun fights, I choose that decade, to make it more fun it should be fab 5 of the 80's vs fab 4 from 2000's, that makes the number of fights more even as well.

The 2000 Fab 4 consistently had more entertaining, competitive fights.

Leonard-Duran 1 and Hagler-Hearns were excellent fights. Leonard-Hearns 1 was good for the shifts in momentum, the amazing skill/talent level of the two fights, and the magnitude of the event. The action level wasn't consistent, there was even some booing around the 10th, 11th round because the action was minimal. The rematch was an entertaining fight between two fading greats. Hagler-Duran was an okay fight, high skills on both sides. Leonard-Duran 2 was alright with a terrible ending. The rubber match was atrocious. Leonard-Hagler was a great event and pretty good fight. Hearns-Duran was a massacre.

Barrera-Morales 1 was amazing. The rematch was OK. The 3rd fight was very good. Pacquiao-Morales 1 and 2 were very good fights. Third was a massacre. All 3 Pacquiao-Marquez fights were good and competitive. Barrera-Marquez was a good competitive fight. Pacquiao-Barrera 1 was an action-friendly massacre, and the rematch was dull.

The 80s Fab 4 had the better events and greater fighters, but the 00s Fab 4 had the more entertaining bouts.

Fab 4 1980s had more spectacular finishes and more epic match-ups but Fab 4 2000s is more competitive and more action packed.

I was thinking about it, but Benitez fights were also great, some of my favorites, and Benitez is my Favorite out of the five next to Duran and Hearns. And i can include Agapito Sanchez as well:err... he Drew with Pacquiao, and had enetertaining fights with Marquez and Barrera, what you think? not fabulous and Don't know if he's anybody's favorite.

80's were better fighters and the very best fights from the 80's were the best of both (hearns vs Leonard 1, Hearns vs Hagler, Duran vs Leonard 1, Leonard vs Benitez) but opverall the 2000's were more competitive and better
